More land needed for affordable homes

The “green belt” is a cruel government joke that was imposed on farm families. There are hundreds of acres of land that have not been farmed in decades. Not all land is arable. The present building of tiny homes/ apartments is creating ghettos with people living armpit to armpit. Would you live in them?
