A Madison Square Garden, employee places app cards on the seats for 18,000 fans before the start of opening-night National Hockey League action between the Rangers and the Dallas Stars in New York on Thursday. T-shirts with New York Rangers great Rod Gilbert No. 7 are draped on the seats. Known as “Mr. Ranger,” Gilbert played right wing on the GAG (Goal-A-Game) line with Vic Hadfield and Jean Ratelle.
