We need answers

Saturday’s editorial is heartbreaking, revealing that something is wrong with how we wish to protect the public. So I have just a few questions. About the RHVP: was the texture of the road at fault? Did they have a budget to meet? Maybe the design of the road itself ? We have yet to understand what, and why such tragedies occurred.

Regarding Sewergate, it was first noticed by citizens noticing the quality of the water had changed who notified the city. Thank you, Spectator, for challenging such subjects.
