A day after arresting a 40-year-old woman for allegedly helping the accused in last month’s Ferguson Avenue homicide, police have arrested a 42-year-old woman on the same charges.

The second adult was charged Wednesday with accessory after the fact.

Danielle Strauss, 38, was found dead in her Ferguson Avenue North apartment on Nov. 10 around 11 a.m.

Three teens face second-degree murder charges — a 15-year-old girl and two 16-year-old boys. One of the boys hasn’t been found by police.

All of the identities of the accused are protected by a publication ban — the teens because of their age and the adults because their identity could reveal the identity of the youths.

Police said the 42-year-old arrested Wednesday is in relation to the 16-year-old boy in custody.

The Spectator has previously reported that in the last couple months before Strauss was found dead in her apartment, a pair of teen boys had began staying with her and causing problems in the building for other residents.

Several sources have confirmed that there were complaints about the teens — who were not tenants — staying at Strauss’s second-floor apartment at 195 Ferguson Ave. N., where she had been living since April.
