No sprawl insurance

Since most Hamiltonians oppose opening the Greenbelt to housing development with Doug Ford’s Bill 23, can someone organize a campaign to get insurance companies on board with us and have them refuse house insurance for houses built on Greenbelt properties? If a buyer can’t get house insurance, who will buy these houses?
