Full vaccination for all LTC staff

We have been laying low, trying not to bring COVID into the lives of the senior citizens we care for. Trying not to kill these immune suppressed people who live in unavoidably close contact by carrying in the virus. We are fully vaccinated. We are overworked and underpaid.

And yet, we are still forced to work alongside unvaccinated co-workers who flaunt their unvaxxed attitudes, and do not comply with masking. Why has it not been mandated to be vaccinated to enter ground zero of the outbreaks? These are the ignorant minority. Please help us keep them out of our workplaces so we can protect our residents.
